Folded Self-Mailers and Unenveloped Mailpieces

Today, the U.S. Postal Service published their proposed rule on creating folded self-mailers (FSM) and other unenveloped mailpieces such as forms, statements, and official notices.  The rule was published in the Federal Register, and will improve processing of these pieces on automated Postal Service™ mail processing equipment.
