Email Blasts

Sending emails comes in two main varieties... warm and cold. Warm emails include sending emails on a regular basis to your customers and/or those who have signed-up to receive your emails.  Cold emails include sending emails to those who have given permission to receive emails from marketing partners. We will help create and launch your email blast to prospects that match your demographic and geographic criteria.

We will create an email campaign best suited for your target audience, whether they're viewing emails primarily on a desktop computer, iPad or tablet, or smart phone. Content will include trackable elements to show open rates, click rates, and more. We can help you create a web-based version so they can view the campaign in their web browser.

ESP Providers/Platforms

We are well versed in the two most popular ESP (Email Service Provider) platforms. We can manage your existing account or help you create a new account.

  • Mail Chimp
  • Constant Contact

Capabilities

Within the Mail Chimp platform, we can help you well beyond the launch of your email campaigns.  We can help create and manage your lists, group and field management, sign-up forms, subscribers, segmentation, analytics, social links, social content, archives, and much more.

CAN-SPAM Regulations

We take the CAN-SPAM regulations very seriously.  If you're looking for an email blast outside (or even skirting) the regulations, we're not the company for you.  There are plenty of companies who will sell you a list of people's email addresses, or send emails that are not CAN-SPAM compliant, but we're not one of them.
