FNBR can help you comply with the design and addressing postal changes, which are effective March 29, 2009.

 

All mailers classified as Flats must be oriented so that the recipient address is located in a specific place on the mailer.  The postal language is difficult to understand as the USPS has re-defined the word "top".  Please contact your FNBR rep for additional guidance.
